Elliot Bach has been training and racing for 10+ years. He is very passionate about competing as well as the sport itself. Elliot raced his first triathlon at age 13 and fell in love with the sport. He started training seriously the next week, probably because his sister beat him that day. From that day on he was hooked, and the race was on. He has raced with various teams, as well as on his own for the last 10 years. Elliot has been an all-American for several years, podiumed at Olympic and Sprint age group nationals, and now races as a professional. With a  a passion for helping others reach their goals, Elliot is committed to helping both those who are just getting started and those who want to take their racing to the next level.

"I’m not just “coached” by Elliot. I am made better by Elliot Bach. Elliot takes the time to understand you personally, as well as your triathlon goals. He understands the work it takes to reach new goals AND the proper amount of rest it takes to stay healthy. Within weeks of working together, I knew I made the right choice to help me reach my full potential. I reached out to multiple people for coaching services and Elliot’s humble, down-to-earth approach made it an easy choice. His experience and knowledge of the sport coupled with his genuine desire to help others reach their potential make working together enjoyable and fulfilling. Do yourself a favor by allowing Elliot to help you become better!"  - Tyler Paul

"I started working with Coach Elliot six months after having some set backs in my training. I had done two sprint triathlons and a few half marathons before deciding I needed a coach to push me and help me hit some of my goals. Before working with Coach Elliot, I could barely swim a 100 without having to take a break, I had no idea what “watts” were, and 8 minute miles were few and far between. Within a few months of working with Coach Elliot, I had a half marathon PR (8:00 pace), and my swim times had gone from 3+ minutes per 100 yards to under 1:45 per 100 yards. I completed my first Ironman 70.3, crushed my sub 6 hour goal, and got a 5th place age group finish. Since working with Coach Elliot, I feel stronger every workout, more confident, and most importantly, enjoying the sport of triathlon way more than I ever thought imaginable. Coach Elliot communicates and touches base after workouts to see how things felt, what we need to work on, and gives encouragement before races. I feel that I have completely transformed as an athlete in just the short amount of time I have been under his wing. I can’t wait for what is to come!" - Morgan Truitt

"My name is Craig Travis. I am 48 years old and own a medium sized lawn care company in Carthage, Texas. I started riding and running on a full time basis in 2012 after marrying my current wife who is a runner. In 2017, we decided to expand our racing to triathlons. I entered one and completed it and fell in love with the aspect of combining all three disciplines in one race. Needless to say I had no idea how to train for this new sport and I struggled to get any better. At the end of 2017 I noticed an ad on Face Book from Elliot that said he was taking on new clients. I messaged him and asked if he coached old slow fat guys and he said he sure did. I started my training in December of 2017 and it’s been on ever since.

After discussing my goals and race schedule for the year Elliot started sending workouts via Training Peaks. I’ve currently run two triathlons this year and have seen my performance improve each time. I’m very impressed with Elliot and his attention to my personal growth. He is very knowledgeable with all three disciplines and he is getting me in the best shape of my life. Even though he is not here with me, Elliot is always just a text away and always responds back in a timely manner. If you need a coach that invests his time into your growth and success Elliot Bach with Bach Elite Performance is the coach for you." - Craig Travis

"This year was the year! I decided to get serious about racing and wanted to undertake my first Ironman. I needed some clear directional help and someone who knew how to push me. Coach Elliot turned out to be the key I was looking for. From the gnarly workouts to the motivational kick, Elliot saw where I wanted to go and provided the vision and strength where I was lacking. Following clear structured workouts took the stress out of training and I can’t imagine doing it all without Coach Elliot. Looking forward to the next race!" - Ravi Almeter

"Elliot Bach prepared an individualized program suited to me that enabled me to achieve the objectives to the maximum level possible, based on his plan. He retooled my training so it had a point, no more just going out for a workout with no structure. Elliot is always very responsive if I text him with a question about training." - Lewis Roe

"I have been working with Coach Elliot for a few months and have made fantastic progress in all 3 disciplines. I started doing triathlon's in 2015 just so I could stay in shape until I realized I just might be good at it. I decided I wanted to take it to the next level so I reached out to NexGen Coaching. After working online with Elliot through training peaks each week and multiple phone calls on what the heck IM ORDER, FARTLEK RUN, ZONE 1, WATTS were, I was able to get the hang of it pretty quick. My swim within 1 month went from a average 1:50 yard to an average 1:29 yard. My bike and Run increased a little bit slower but I learned to be patient and trust the process. This year I was able to bring my Half Ironman down to a sub 5 and could not believe it. I can not wait to continue to work with Elliot and see where it will help take me next year. For anyone on the fence about getting a coach id say "DO IT!!!" having someone there to help you is amazing and very motivating to keep getting better." - Cody Solbo
