Speed Hound offers personalized coaching with Olympic Qualifier Ben Fletcher that is customized to you based on a number of factors including athletic history, current fitness level, time you have, and your goals. Pick a program that works for you - one time tailored plan, 3 months plan ($149/month), or 6 months plan ($129/month).
Athletes on the 3 or 6 month plans will gain access to:

Born and raised in the high altitude of northern New Mexico, Ben found running to be a natural path as he logged miles over mountain trails and desert bush. Since he was 17, Ben has trained with elite Kenyan and Ethiopian marathoners in New Mexico, and even lived with some of the world’s best athletes in Kenya for several months in 2013. He has posted recent top performances at the 2017 Toronto Marathon (15th, 1st American), 2018 Chicago Marathon and the 2018 United States Marathon Championships. Ben has also posted top performances in numerous US National Endurance running events including the US 10 Mile Championships and US Cross Country Championships.
A lifelong student of the sport, Ben has studied training techniques from top coaches and athletes in an effort to bring these proven training methods to his own running, as well as the masses in which he engages. Ben has coached weekend warriors and elite runners alike. He has coached several elite runners to major marathon wins, including champions of the Pittsburgh, Grandma's, California International Marathons, and several top 3 finishes in other major US domestic races. His top athletes have run personal bests in the 2:08-2:11 range. He has also coached several Boston Marathon qualifiers.
He coaches runners of all ages and abilities by taking a holistic approach to helping others achieve their goals by aiding them with the proper training principles and techniques. Beyond the science of running, Ben is able to motivate runners of all abilities to get the most out of themselves as he desires for every athlete, he works with to become happy, healthy, and ultimately better runners.
