"Recently bought the speed hound bike bag to transport my bike from Philly to Denver via airplane. The bike bag worked great--no issues at all and my Torelli road bike was well protected! Would highly recommend this bike bag in you have a desire to travel with your bike!"

I cannot speak highly enough about this bike bag!
"I cannot speak highly enough about this bike bag! My bike: 48" Kestrel Talon (Triathlon config) Inside: The biggest concern with any soft bike bag is whether or not it will protect your bike during its journey. This bag has thick (0.5"-1.0") padding on all sides. There are plastic wheel protectors that protect the spokes and axles for both wheels, and two specifically shaped pads to be wrapped on the bike itself (one for the derailleurs/chain, and one for the top tube/down tube). There are adjustable Velcro straps in all the right places on the inside, and more pockets than I knew what to do with. One of my favorite aspects is that nearly the entire inside is covered in a gray tarp-like panels that can be detached (Velcro), hosed off, cleaned and reinstalled like new. There was plenty of room int he bag to fit a Joe Blow tire pump, a folding chair for my significant supporter, helmet, foam roller, tools, and nutrition. Outside: When rushing to grab hold of the bag, no matter where you reach there is a reinforced handhold waiting for you. The bottom has several thick plastic sliders which seem to stand up to any dragging abuse, and the back two wheels are wide enough to be stable, and solid enough to handle even the most aggressive concrete. The canvas on the top/sides isn't waterproof, but light/moderate rain for short periods of time was no problem. The bottom-most red panels are coated, and to the best of my knowledge, waterproof."

Just right for my 29er mountain bike
"I travel internationally and this case has made taking my 29er carbon mountain bike with me much easier to do. Its construction is solid and holds my additional cycling equipment. This is an excellent choice for protecting your bike when traveling internationally."

Merci Speedhound
"I’ve been all over from San Francisco to Ireland 🇮🇪 to France 🇫🇷 And around Europe on planes and trains and automobiles with my pinarello safely by my side in my SpeedHound ... I’m a fan - so easy to wheel around, it’s light and once you get used to it, really quick and simple to pack .. overall it’s a great Bike Bag and amazing price point ..could maybe do with a little more padding inside for people who are more precious about their bikes but for me I just wrapped mine up in my clothes and it’s perfect !"

So far so good
"I have received the bag and was quite impressed with it. I have set it up and am ready to take it on it’s first trip with my bike. I plan to write a full review with photos after I arrive at my destination. I’ll be traveling with my Santa Cruz Carbon TallBoy mountain bike . It’s. Size Large frame with 27.5+ tires. Looking forward to see how my new bike bag works out."

Outstanding gear
"Outstanding gear. Used to transport 58" Ridley to Pyrenees with 2 flight sections and O'Hare airport seamlessly. Was able to fold bag up to return home without Ridley and without bike charges ($200) that you would pay with a bike hard case, regardless of whether it contained a bike! Padding and protection is excellent, including 5 rigid vertical supports that are removable. A soft case was the best choice by far; however, I did also try out a $50 soft case that did not have any support or padding. If you spent a long time wrapping your bike and put it into a cardboard box, before the $50 case, you may get lucky, but there are a number of advantages to the Speed Hound in addition to excellent padding - these are the protected wheel pockets on the outside, gear pockets on the inside, and the multiple points of attachment of the frame to the bag. The only mod I made was to cut $1 of butyl plumbing tubing to use as spacers for front and rear stays."
