While this technology is used by professional and olympic athletes, most of us are mere mortals. In many ways, we are the ones who need this even more! You should use this when your legs feel swollen, heavy, or “flat”. These are signs of muscle fatigue or poor circulation (from exercise or from sitting too long). We recommend using this for at least 10 minutes per session up to 30 minutes in the first couple of months. Start with a pressure of 120 mmHg and increase or decrease base on comfort. You can use this up to twice a day - once within 3 hours of exercising, and another before going to bed.
For the boots, there are two lengths (medium and long). For individuals with inseam of <26” or height of 5’4” or shorter, we recommend a medium length. For others who are taller, choose long. If you have lean legs, choose “long” size. If you have muscular legs, choose “long wide”.
